Entertaining for most people can be intimidating. The idea is appealing - a gathering of family or friends at your home to enjoy great food, libations and one another's company. But pulling it all together can be very stressful. However, it does not have to be. Your Every Cravingis here to save the day! As your Personal Chef, it is my job to help you de-stress and plan a great party or intimate gathering. We will work together to add a special touch and warmth to your get-together with family and friends.
Your Every Craving is not to be confused with a catering service. We provide food preparation in the comfort of your home. The process begins with a complimentary consultation, where you share with me your vision of your special event. The menu for your special occasion will be created based on that discussion---together we will make that vision a reality.
On your special day, as your personal chef, I will do the shopping (selecting the freshest and the highest quality ingredients possible) and arrive at your home at a pre-established time to do the cooking. You may serve the food yourself or arrangements can be made for service and cleanup. It is all up to you. My job is to take care of behind-the-scenes in the kitchen leaving you less stressed and with more time to visit with your guests!
